Prior to the build out, Stifel partnered with Pentacon and the designer to select the space that best suited their growing needs. Acting as our client’s construction consultant, we helped the team assess all potential sites; identified the opportunities and challenges in each potential location; and prepared feasibility studies to help our client make informed decisions prior to lease signing.
