Acting as the client’s construction manager, this project was an “in-situ” renovation to key team and collaboration zones within the Sid Lee offices. Scope of work included the replacement and installation of all new modular furniture on the ground floor, a new café/lounge area and resurfacing of high-end millwork and the addition of significant biophilic “greenery” throughout the space. New acoustic baffles were installed in all
boardrooms and meeting rooms designed to not only be functional but also to add some aesthetics to the open ceiling, along with new lighting throughout.
