The intent of this project was to consolidate two office locations to one with a larger footprint of approx. 35,000 sq. ft at 222 Bay St, floors 21 & 22. These floors are now the new office space for approximately 230 BDO staff that will consist of a reception area, café / lunch / lounge area, collaborative spaces, meeting rooms, open work station areas and closed offices.
